Welcome to PSi DigiTech. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of psidigitech.com and the digital marketing services we provide. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Legal Entities & Brand Ownership
“PSi DigiTech” is a registered trademark in India owned by Vaseem Shaikh. This website, the brand name, and all associated digital marketing services are authorized for use and operated globally by two distinct legal entities. Your contracting entity depends on your geographical location:
- For Clients Outside of India (UK, US, EU, International): Your contract is with MKV International Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 14529274), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. All payments, invoicing, and legal disputes for international clients will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- For Clients Residing in India: Your contract is with V S ADTECH, a partnership firm registered at 8/7, Park Velley, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad – 380006, Gujarat, India. All payments, invoicing, and legal disputes for domestic clients will be governed by the laws of India.
2. Services Provided
PSi DigiTech provides business-to-business (B2B) digital marketing services, including Pay-Per-Click (PPC) management, Social Media Marketing, Shopify website development, and Amazon Store Management. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for your project will be outlined in a separate written Service Level Agreement (SLA) or project proposal.
3. Payment Terms & Processing
Invoices are generated by your respective Contracting Entity.
- International Payments: Payments for MKV International Limited are processed securely via Wise Business payment links or direct bank transfer. By utilizing these links, you also agree to Wise’s payment processing terms.
- Domestic Payments: Payments for V S ADTECH are processed via our local Indian payment gateway or direct bank transfer. Failure to pay invoices within the agreed terms may result in a pause of agency services.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, the client assumes ownership of the final deliverables (such as ad creatives and website code). PSi DigiTech retains the right to use non-confidential project assets in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place.
