1. Refund Policy
PSi DigiTech provides specialized B2B digital marketing services. Because we allocate strategic planning, team resources, and time immediately upon client onboarding, all sales are final and all payments are non-refundable.
Once work has commenced or a billing cycle has been initiated, no refunds will be issued for setup fees, monthly retainers, website development milestones, or ad spend managed on your behalf.
2. Cancellation Policy
Monthly retainer services (such as PPC management and SEO) operate on a month-to-month basis unless a longer fixed term is specified in your Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Clients may cancel their ongoing retainer with a 30-day written notice sent to info@psidigitech.com.
- If notice is given mid-billing cycle, you will be billed for the remainder of that 30-day period, and our team will fulfill all deliverables for that final period.
